Diesel and water will not blend whatsoever and trying to run a diesel car on water will never work. Moreover, the urea is very corrosive to the fuel system pipes and seals and is prone to crystallisation, blocking injectors and fuel filters.

Water contaminated fuel, irrespective of whether it's unleaded petrol or diesel, is usually an important issue to deal with in a motor vehicle - especially in advanced common-rail engines.
